• The offer will include:
o payment details
o overview of selected services
• Please complete the payment within the deadline specified in the offer
• Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice as confirmation
• After all steps have been completed, your application and registration will be considered successfully finalized

Cancellation Policy:

By filling out the application form and receiving the offer by Certitudo partner d.o.o., the offer is automatically considered accepted. Reservation and check-in can be canceled 48 hours after receiving the offer without cancellation penalty. Any cancellation of the offer after the specified time will be charged according to the stated cancellation conditions.

Reservation can be cancelled 60 days before arrival without penalty.
Cancellation 59-30 days before arrival - 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation 29-15 days before arrival - 80% of the reservation value.
Cancellation 14-0 days before arrival - 100% of the reservation value.
No show - 100% of the reservation value.
