Important: Business Invoice Information

If you will be paying the registration fee personally but your company will reimburse the cost, please indicate during the registration process that you require a business invoice and provide the required invoicing details, including your company name, registered address, postal code, country, and VAT ID (or tax identification number, where applicable). This will enable us to issue the invoice correctly and apply the appropriate tax treatment.

VAT-registered companies, institutions, or other business entities established outside Croatia may be eligible to receive an invoice without Croatian VAT (25%) under the reverse charge mechanism, provided the applicable legal requirements are met. To ensure the correct VAT treatment can be applied, please provide your business invoicing details at the time of registration.

Participation application

Application procedure:

1. Fill in and submit the form
2. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your submitted information (please check your spam/junk folder if necessary)
3. After receiving your application, Certitudo Partner d.o.o. will send you an official offer as soon as possible
4. The offer will include:
- payment details
- overview of selected services
5. Please complete the payment within the deadline specified in the offer
6. Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice as confirmation
7. After all steps have been completed, your application and registration will be considered successfully finalized

Cancellation Policy:

By filling out the application form and receiving the offer by Certitudo partner d.o.o., the offer is automatically considered accepted. Reservation and check-in can be canceled 48 hours after receiving the offer without cancellation penalty. Any cancellation of the offer after the specified time will be charged according to the stated cancellation conditions.

Reservation can be cancelled 60 days before arrival without penalty.
Cancellation 59-30 days before arrival - 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation 29-15 days before arrival - 80% of the reservation value.
Cancellation 14-0 days before arrival - 100% of the reservation value.
No show - 100% of the reservation value.

*The offer is considered canceled only upon receipt of the cancellation in writing to the e-mail partner@certitour.com
*Subject to the cancellation date, charges will apply according to the cancellation policy above.
*Otherwise, the offer is considered valid and the organizer reserves the right to charge the full amount of the offer.
