IMPORTANT TAX INFORATION
Due to Croatian tax regulations, additional tax charges may apply to conference fees.
To avoid paying additional taxes, we recommend that you register for the conference and book your accommodation through the official conference website, as this ensures no additional tax will be applied.
In case you want to book independently, you may also consider the following options:
Invoice issued to an EU-based institution:
If the registration invoice is issued in the name of your EU-based institution, Croatian VAT will not be charged (the invoice will indicate tax exemption). However, although in most EU countries no additional tax will apply, you may still be liable for taxes in your own country—please check with your institution.
Invoice issued to an individual:
If you register as a private person, an additional Croatian 25% VAT will be applied.

4. The offer will include:
- payment details
- overview of selected services
5. Please complete the payment within the deadline specified in the offer
6. Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice as confirmation
7. After all steps have been completed, your application and registration will be considered successfully finalized
